Alameda County Behavioral Health Care Services (ACBHCS) is collecting this information on behalf of the State of California.  The State’s goal is to track data and the overall development and delivery of Prevention and Early Intervention programs.  ACBHCS intends to use this data to evaluate services on client outcomes across the systems of care so that they can make adjustments as needed to support organizations to continue to deliver quality services for residents of Alameda County.
